The Faculty of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development (Faculty of AERD) was officially established in January 1999 at the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA) under the technical and financial support of the PARFAAC II program and l’Agence du Casses pour le Développement (ACD) of the French government with strong initiations of Prof. Marc DUFUMIER, Prof. Didier PILLIOT, Asso. Prof. Kathy BORA, Dr. Sangkoma YANG, Dr. Sam El MEACH, Mr. Chamroeurn HENG, and many other RUA lecturers.
